The LI uses services of etracker GmbH from Hamburg, Germany www.etracker.com to analyse usage data. For this purpose, no cookies are used for web analysis by default.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
The collection of data and its analysis by etracker are carried out for range analyses as well as for the optimisation of our website and its contents.
3. Data Storage
The data generated by etracker is processed and stored by etracker on behalf of hamburg.de exclusively in Germany and is therefore subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker has been independently audited, certified, and awarded the data protection seal of approval.
4. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sub. f DSGVO (legitimate interest). We have a legitimate interest in optimising our website. Your privacy is protected by anonymising or pseudonymising data that may allow a reference to an individual person, such as IP address, login, or device identifiers, as early as possible.
