Within the framework of the binding regulations of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), we are required to inform you of the following points when you use our website.

I. Personal Data Collection and Processing When Visiting This Website

1. Personal Data

Personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 DSGVO is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. E.g., name, address, e-mail addresses or date of birth. Information about your usage behaviour on this website can also be personal data if it is possible to draw conclusions about your person from this information.

2 Personal Data Processing Scope

(1) As a matter of principle, we only process personal data as far as this is necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. When you access our website, general information is automatically stored in a log file.

Your IP address, the name of the file accessed, the date and time of the access, the description of the type of web browser used, the amount of data transferred and whether the access was successful are temporarily stored. This data is also generated when accessing any other website on the Internet, so it is not a special function of this website. No further personal data will be stored.

We delete the above-mentioned personal data after 30 days.

The legal basis for the storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 (1) para.1 sub. f) DSGVO. Since date collection is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website, you cannot object to the processing.

(b) Types of cookies

There are different types of cookies, namely technically necessary cookies and optional cookies. Optional cookies are used, for example, to make a website user-friendly or to display advertising that matches your interests.
